You are strongly encouraged to consult your health care provider with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your condition. The best care can only be given by a qualified provider who knows you personally.
Terms of Service
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Hepatitis Consultants, and governs your access to Hepatitis Consultants services, and your use of Hepatitis Consultant's content and services on the Site ("Services").
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE OR THE SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS SITE. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS INDICATED BY SIGNING BELOW. IF YOU OBJECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME, YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY STOP ALL USE OF THE SERVICE.
Your telephone coaching/counseling calls do not create a patient-client relationship between you and Hepatitis Consultants. You should not act upon the information discussed without seeking independent professional advice. Hepatitis Consultants does not assume liability for any of the content of the material presented in the sessions. Hepatitis Consultants does not endorse or recommend any theory, approach, procedure, treatment or product that may be mentioned. The decision to rely on any information is solely at your own risk. Hepatitis Consultants accepts no liability for injury or damage resulting from your decision to use any product, information or instruction discussed in the sessions.
All communications between client and Hepatitis Consultants are confidential with the following exceptions: (A)Client poses a danger to self or other. (B)Suspected child or dependent/adult/elder abuse. In these cases, state law mandates that reports filed with the appropriate authorities.
Miscellaneous Terms
This Agreement is governed, and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of law thereof. Except for Hepatitis Consultant's claim for injunctive relief in any court having jurisdiction, you and Hepatitis Consultants agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County. You and The Hepatitis Consultants waive any defense of an inconvenient forum and any right of jurisdiction on account of the place of residence or domicile. If any provision under this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force without being impaired or invalidated in any way. Hepatitis Consultants failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Hepatitis Consultants may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement at any time and without notice to you.
