Professional Fees:
(sessions are 30 - 45 minutes)
1. Sessions Available
- Individual hepatitis coaching sessions in person: $140
- Individual telephone sessions: $75
- Package of 12 telephone sessions (twice a week) per month is available: $795
- Package of 6 telephone sessions (1-2 per week) per month is available: $425
2. Discretionary e-mail communications are included in the above prices. Short telephone calls between sessions are structured on an individual basis.
3. Hepatitis Consultants accepts checks or you can click on the the credit card icon link to www.paypal.com. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can log into www.paypal.com.

5. After your signed forms and payment have been received, you will be contacted by telephone or email, to schedule your sessions. Please indicate your choice of day and time on the downloaded forms. If your call will be long-distance, you might consider a calling card plan. Some clients use www.prepaidcall.com.
